- Private Message (PM) – a message between Users, if the recipient hasn’t restricted access.
- Copying or modifying forum content without Administrator consent is prohibited.
§2 Fees

§3 Registration
- Each User may create only one account; additional accounts (except for appeals) will result in a permanent ban.
